Good or bad, it's hard to break a habit. 

I mean, have you ever tried to cut back on caffeine, stop biting your nails, or maybe even stop calling or texting an old flame?

As hard as these things are to overcome, I think sometimes it's even harder to create a new habit.

Back in the 1950s it was believed to take just 21 days for human beings to form a new habit, but in recent years that has been extended to over two months.

Frankly, it took me way longer than that to stop reaching for cans of Pepsi in college, but I'm getting off topic...
