⚠️ Launch pricing for Digital Sales & Marketing World 2020 has been extended until Wednesday at midnight with promo code "LP-Extended" — the code is case sensitive. (Is it worth it? Well, almost 300 people have have already taken advantage of the deal. Just sayin'.)

Between when I finally got home from Connecticut late Saturday evening and Monday morning, I slept for 22 hours. On the one hand, that's a lot of sleeping... even for me. On the other hand, any Sunday spent primarily as a "blanket burrito" I consider to be a Sunday well-spent.

Plus, I spent most of that day snuggling with this little monster:

So, I'm going to put this past weekend in the win column.

Still, there's one thing that's bothering me.

Intellectually, I understand that the digital sales and marketing world will keep on spinning even when I put everything on pause for a week, as I did for IMPACT Live. Emotionally, however, I find it to be quite rude and inconsiderate.

How dare companies continue to roll out big changes to their products or make big, sweeping announcements in my absence?

"Liz, you're not the center of the universe, you know."

Given that the universe is infinite and always expanding, there's a good chance I might be. Also, I don't think it's too much to ask that Google and Snapchat run their timelines by me next time, just to make sure I'm not inconvenienced.

Now, let's get into it...
