Do you ever see something and think to yourself: "Well, that's a little much."

That happened to me this morning over breakfast at my hotel in New Haven:

I know it's supposed to be a straw, but it seems more like a threat than a drinking facilitation tool, don't you think?

It also happened yesterday when I saw the title of our recent article on the 72 features every e-commerce website needs to have

"Are there really 72? C'mon now, that's a little much," I thought to myself.

But unlike the unnecessary aggression that was my straw, I was surprised to learn that 72 wasn't "a little much" at all. In fact, it was just right. I guess I'm usually so busy handing over my money to e-commerce websites that I never noticed how complex they really are.
