I'm referring to the latest social media fiasco where someone allegedly found shrimp tails, string, and more in their box of Cinnamon Toast Crunch and posted it to Twitter. (If you hadn't heard, I'm sorry to break the news.) From a business perspective, it's very interesting how General Mills responded on social and particularly who they had responding. (It was a social media specialist.) The single most common question I get is "what should I be doing on social media?"
