THE LATEST: Bite-sized is always better

I know we all hear a lot about how the last year slowed things down. Things got put on pause, delayed, or flat out cancelled in both business and in our personal lives.

To be honest, my experience was the opposite.

In the last year, I got married, bought a house and am now expecting a baby. As if my personal life wasn't accelerated enough, work was no slower. We were navigating a new event landscape, product changes and major business shifts.

Sometimes, I'm amazed at how much has happened and still think, "there's still so much more to do!"

For anyone staring at a to-do list a mile long, wondering how it'll all get done, here's a piece of advice...take it bite-by-bite.

Instead of procrastinating on things like starting an online course or reading that book I need for work, I started by looking at my schedule and filling in short blocks of time to do things like watching one lesson at a time.

You'd be amazed at how much more digestible those seemingly impossible to-do lists can suddenly become!
