THE LATEST: Why does Growth Driven Design cost so much, IMPACT's sales process, and apartment hunting

Over the weekend, I went apartment hunting (exciting! 🎉) 

While it's awesome to be looking and I can't wait to find somewhere new, this experience brought a lot of different personalities...

I ran into the following:

  • The "take your time and enjoy looking around" person,
  • The "time is money, sell sell sell" person,
  • The "tell me your life story" person,
  • The "I don't really care you are here" person 

Through each of these experiences, I realized I needed some more opinions from those I could trust a bit more. So, I connected with a local community in the area to learn more about what they thought of each and was so happy to find a place where people could share their honest experiences living there!

Long story short, I applied for a new place and I'm not sure I would've without that community's support. 

Community is a huge part of both what I do and what many of us look for when it comes to meeting others, learning from each other's experiences, and even making purchasing decisions!
