But here's a fun fact! Liz from 18 months ago was totally on-board with the whole video sales and marketing thing, and never doubted for a moment that it generates leads and closes deals faster.

However, much like cliff diving, listening to Gilbert Gottfried read the dictionary cover to cover or getting a cavity filled, actually creating videos seemed like a very fun activity for someone else... someone who was not me.

What's changed since then? Well, I'm still a 6-foot-tall goober who struggles to control the volume of her voice in small spaces, unfortunately.

But I did learn that it's much easier than you think to feel confident, be likable and build trust on camera.
