OK, so it takes 25 questions to really hone in on the strategic details you need to develop your idea customer profile, and I'm fine with that.

But tonight, I only have one question. 

And it's for the guy who invented the concept of (and the word for) "palindrome" – which is a word or phrase that spells the same thing backward and forward. Like "civic" or "red rum, sir, is murder."

Why did you not create a word for a palindrome that is itself a palindrome? Why? It's absolutely infuriating, in addition to being a completely botched branding opportunity.

Seriously, how did the word police let this happen?'
