[THE LATEST] - Take a moment to check in with yourself

Hey LATEST crew! I have a question for you:

How are you showing up right now?

I was asked this question by a team member this week and I didn't have a great answer for it.

Truth be told, I wasn't doing a good job of checking in with myself and it was leading to not delivering my best work. I'm still grappling with my answer, but within that, perhaps the answer is clear.

If I don't know the answer, then it means I need to check in on myself more often.

And checking in with yourself can be really hard when the rules change or when things are moving quickly.  

Sales teams know this better than anyone. The rules changed and with this virtual, video-first world, it's more important than ever to challenge ourselves to show up each and every day.
